Refund policy

All art prints and products are made to order, so returns are not accepted and are non-refundable.

However, if your print is damaged in transit, or in the unlikely event it arrives with a defect we will replace it.  You will need to contact us with pictures of the damage for us to supply to the courier service and our printing partners to cover the insurance and arrange a free replacement.  

If we are unable to replace the limited edition print, we will arrange a refund upon receiving the returned damaged order and its Certificate of Authenticity.

Please note in special circumstances we may request for the print to be destroyed instead of a shipping return, but we will need photographic evidence before arranging a replacement or refund.

If an agreement has been made for a refund, please note it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.

Please make sure you provide the correct shipping address when you place your order. If your order is returned due to an incorrect address then additional shipping fees and/or taxes may apply.
