We ship world-wide.

All orders are custom made-to-order and sent via tracked shipping.

Art prints and phone cases will be treated as different orders and shipped separately.

You will receive an email with the tracking number and link once your order has been shipped.

Fine Art Prints

Art prints, including framed prints, will be shipped from our partner's production hubs in UK, USA, and Germany depending on the customer's delivery address.

How long will it take to receive my order?

All prints are custom printed and usually ready to be shipped within 3 to 5 days of your order. Framed prints may take longer. However, please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to be despatched.

Delivery times after the order has been processed and custom printed are estimated and may vary.

Estimated delivery times for USA, UK, EU, EEA, CH, and Canada are one to two weeks. Please allow up to three weeks for other international destinations.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number.

What about customs fees and import taxes?

UK, EU, and USA: Art prints are shipped either from UK, Germany or USA depending on the delivery address This means no UK, EU or USA custom charges for prints and framed print orders.

For all other international regions (including Canada): the customer is responsible for any local import taxes, custom duties, and clearance fees.

Please note that even with express courier shipments your delivery times may vary due to customs delays in many countries.

How will my order be packaged?

For UK, EU, and rest of the world (ROW), prints up to 42 cms in size will be sent in a flat envelope. Larger prints will be rolled and shipped in a tube.

In the USA, prints larger than 12” x 16” will be rolled and delivered in a tube.

Packaging materials are selected to reduce the environmental impact while still ensuring your artwork gets to you in perfect condition.

Plastics are kept to a minimum, and all packaging materials are sustainably
sourced, being a mixture of recycled, recyclable, or biodegradable materials.

Can I return or exchange an art print?

Art prints are made to order, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

But if your print is damaged in transit, or the unlikely event there is a defect, we will replace it. If we cannot replace it from the limited edition, then we will arrange a refund.

Do contact us within 48 hours with pictures of the damaged product so we can endeavour to make things right as soon as possible. Please also see the refund policy.

Orders are shipped from the Netherlands (EU) or the US warehouse (see conditions below).

How long will it take to receive my order?

All phone cases are custom printed and usually despatched within two working days of your order. However, please allow up to 1 to 2 weeks for your order to be despatched - for example, the product may temporarily be out of stock.

Once your order is ready an estimated time for delivery is:

  • EU: 2 to 10 workdays
  • UK: 4 to 6 workdays
  • USA: 3 to 8 workdays
  • Canada: 5 to 10 workdays
  • Rest of the World (ROW): 10 to 20 workdays
Tracked or Express shipping?

Shipping will be calculated at the checkout.

Tracked shipping includes limited track & trace which can vary depending on the destination country and delivery service.

Express shipping is a courier service with full track & trace from start of shipment to confirmation of delivery.

Larger orders, depending on the weight and cost, will only be sent via Express courier.

Express shipping will usually take 2 to 7 days depending on the location after the order is processed.

(See note below – USA customers
will be responsible for custom duties only if they have an express shipping order but tracked smaller packages will be sent from US warehouse)

UK orders

If the total cost for an order is below £135, then it should be excluded from import duties. Customers will be liable for custom & import fees for orders over £135. This applies to the total order cost and not individual products.

(We are UK VAT registered and include VAT in the order cost). You can find out about tax and customs here.

USA orders

No custom duties (tariffs) for Tracked orders but customers will have to arrange for fees and duties on Express orders:

- For smaller orders of phone cases and accessories, the packages will be delivered via Tracked USPS from the US
warehouse so will not incur any custom duties or fees.

- Larger orders, depending on weight and costs, will be sent via Express FedEx courier from the EU. Customers will be responsible for import duties and clearance fees on these Express orders.

Shipping will be calculated at checkout. Do check if your order is Tracked or Express to avoid custom duties.

EU orders

Phone cases and accessories are fulfilled and sent from the Netherlands (EU) so will not incur custom duties in the EU.

*All other International custom fees & duties

The customer is responsible for any local import taxes, custom duties, and clearance fees.

We are unable to ship to the following countries: Russia, Argentina, Brazil, Chile, and Mexico.

How are the phone cases packaged?

Phone cases are shipped in either padded mailing envelopes or plastic COEX bags, both of which are fully recyclable.

The goal is to have no wasteful packaging, so phone cases are delivered in their mailing envelopes without any wrapping. The cases are strong and top quality which means they do not need extra protective cover. You can add a simple gift envelope when ordering.

Can I return or exchange phone cases?

As phone cases are made to order they cannot be returned or exchanged.

In the rare case, a phone case is delivered damaged or defective, we will replace it free of charge. We will need photos of the damage before we can arrange a replacement.

Make sure that you’ve ordered the correct phone model as we cannot replace phone cases if the wrong case was ordered.
