FAQs
We ship worldwide.
Your Fine Art print orders are usually shipped out within 3-5 working days of your purchase.
Delivery time is then estimated within 3 to 7 working days for UK and Germany, 4 to 10 working days for EU, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Switzerland, and 6 to 10 working days for United States and Canada. Other international destinations will vary and may take up to 15 working days.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number.
Art prints are shipped either from our world-leading printing partner’s studios in UK, Germany or USA depending on the destination. This means no UK or EU custom charges for prints and framed print orders.
For all other regions you are responsible for any local import taxes, custom duties, and clearance fees.
Fine art print orders - including framing – are made to order, so returns are not accepted.
However, if your print is damaged in transit, or in the unlikely event it arrives with a defect we will replace it. You will need to contact us within 48 hours with pictures of the damage for us to supply to the courier service and our printing partner to cover the insurance and arrange a free replacement.
If we are unable to replace the limited edition print, we will arrange a refund upon receiving the returned damaged order and its Certificate of Authenticity.
